"In the Kitchen" cooking classes will showcase how to make healthy and delicious gluten free and vegetarian or vegan meals.

Learn to make light Spring inspired dishes, which can be served on the Spring Equinox, Easter or Beltane.
My journey becoming a vegetarian was a lonely one. I started out just like everyone else.... not really knowing what to do. I had to navigate my way along the processed "vegetarian alternatives" only to fnd out they are also science experiments and none the better for you. However, through educating myself and incorporating my experiences, I eventually was able to be comfortable in the kitchen. And after learning a couple techniques, you can create anything, tailoring it of course, to your taste and preferences. That is what saved me!

I am here to share wonderful dishes I have created or re-created along my food journey. Serving multiple purposes....either for comfort, health, cravings,or mere satisfaction. Hoping that you too will become a master of the techniques so that you can create your own inspired dishes.
